USAA Real Estate Company and Gaylord Entertainment Company were central to the original development of Fiesta Texas. The project transformed a former limestone quarry in San Antonio into a themed entertainment destination designed around Texas culture, live performance and a dramatic quarry setting.

Their role matters because Fiesta Texas was not planned only as a ride collection. Its original concept used music, architecture, themed villages and the quarry wall to create a distinctive park identity that still shapes the visit today.
