Diverty Parc, an adventure built from scratch
From bare land to family park
The official story traces twenty years of construction, animals and new rides.
Back to timelineFourteen hectares to shape
In 2005, Arnaud and Gérard Vialla acquired fourteen hectares with no water, paths or buildings. Work began in September 2006: clearing, paths and fences gradually gave the project its form.
From building site to opening
Animal buildings appeared in 2007 and 2008. Laying the railway then took a year and a half to complete its loop. After ponds, farm spaces and initial facilities, a two-month preview in 2012 allowed final adjustments before the 2013 opening.
Growing without losing the family scale
Inflatables, an expanded power network, Les Grenouilles, Le Sil’haut and Poules et Cie marked later seasons. The 2020 closure was overcome with visitor support. In 2025, a new restaurant and online ticketing modernised the welcome without erasing the original blend of rides, railway and animals.
