Description
Elephants moving at the rhythm of the water
Elephant Bathing reveals the animals in a very different setting from the educational presentations. They enter the water, spray themselves, stir the mud and respond to the care team that knows them well. Splashes, interaction within the group and the ease of their movement in the pool create a lively view of elephant behaviour.
The scene unfolds in the planted surroundings of Ganesha Park, with close views that allow each action to be followed without reducing the animals to a performance. The trunk becomes a breathing tube, drinking tool and water sprayer, while individual temperaments also become visible. The result is a calm, spontaneous moment that rewards patient observation.
