The bumper cars belong to the park’s older amusement-ride layer. Public reporting described damaged cars stored aside and the attraction no longer serving visitors, so it is best understood today as a closed historical ride.

Even closed, it helps preserve the memory of a time when 29/3 Park mixed everyday green space with simple paid rides for children and families.
