Bob Estivo: the rail descent that defines summer Artesina

Bob Estivo is the main amusement-style attraction in Artesina’s summer offer. The ride follows the Colletto ski slope on a monorail track, using individual sleds that let riders control the acceleration and braking while staying guided by the rail.

The official data describes a 1,300 m route with about 200 m of elevation difference, 20 curves, safety belts, a brake/accelerator lever, an automatic braking device and a maximum speed of 42 km/h. The ascent is connected with the Colletto chairlift, which makes the experience part ride, part mountain outing.
