Bayern-Park’s chamois live in an enclosure where slopes, stone and woodland reflect their ease in mountain terrain. Their compact bodies, dark facial markings and short curved horns often appear between rocks before one animal quickly moves to a higher position.
These accomplished climbers chase one another across the inclines and make use of every change in level. When activity slows, they look for a sunny resting place or disappear into the wooded cover. Spotting them can require a little patience, yet a single movement reveals how naturally they handle the rocky ground.
