A colourful dragon hidden inside its cave

Drachenbahn waits inside a rocky cavern where a long red, gold and green dragon fills the room. Its gondolas form the entire body, from the especially popular head to the tail. Once the riders are seated, the creature wakes gently and begins to undulate.

A calm beginning turns into a spinning journey

The first movements remain measured, then the dragon gathers speed and circles the cave with increasing energy. Rising and falling sections add shape to the rotation before reverse rounds begin to confuse the sense of direction. The experience becomes considerably livelier than its gentle start suggests.

The interior carries a medieval atmosphere created by large flags, banners and deep colours. Changing lighting accompanies the music and follows the rhythm of the programme.
