Crystal Express Gondola

Crystal Express Gondola is the main scenic gondola journey from downtown Gatlinburg to the mountaintop. The new system uses enclosed panoramic cabins with glass floors and wide windows, turning the ascent itself into part of the visit.

The official expansion page presents 56 panoramic cabins, an approximately four-minute ride and a capacity increase over the previous lift. It is therefore both a transport system and a signature attraction.
