EHBO welcomes visitors who need help or care during their time at Bobbejaanland. The station stands opposite the terrace of Bayside Snackbar, in an area that is easy to recognise from the neighbouring rides and food venues.

The team can respond to minor incidents, assess a situation and provide a suitable place to recover. A shower and several accessibility-related services are also brought together in the same facility.
