Description

A black-and-white pattern that never repeats exactly

Ngựa vằn brings movement to the Safari’s open spaces through group behaviour and an instantly recognisable striped coat. The lines change in width and direction across the neck, belly and legs, giving each animal an individual pattern. When several stand close together, their bodies can appear to merge into one field of stripes.

The scene changes as the zebras graze, follow one another or pause to watch their surroundings. Mobile ears and sudden changes of direction reveal constant awareness. Terrain, planting and raised viewpoints allow visitors to follow their movement rather than seeing only a fixed silhouette.
