The future Coleoz’Arbres begins its first public life at Vienna’s Prater as Cortina Bob, long before arriving at Bagatelle.
The ride’s Vienna period ends in 1993. The same machine then reappears at Bagatelle, giving the future Coleoz’Arbres a cross-border history that is unusual for the park.
The former Cortina Bob is reinstalled at Bagatelle in spring 1994. It brings the park a compact, lively and highly recognizable Schwarzkopf Jet Star model.
ArticleAfter its first years at Bagatelle under the Jet Star identity, the ride takes the name Coleoz’Arbres. The change anchors it more strongly in the park’s own memory.
The closure of Coleoz’Arbres in 2007 ends the Jet Star period at Bagatelle. The ride nevertheless remains a notable marker in the park’s roller coaster memory.
