Beverland Maaseik

A play kingdom shaped by its beaver theme

Beverland Maaseik has turned a former ice rink into a broad family world with a beaver as its guiding character. Beneath the large hall, climbing structures sit alongside child-sized rides, while timber textures, tree-trunk details and the mascot give the venue an identity of its own.

The park is designed first and foremost for children, yet its character comes from the variety of experiences gathered under one roof. A run through the obstacle course inside the Reuze speelkooi can lead to the movement of Luna Loop, the gentle rhythm of Paardenmolen or the short burst of excitement on Butterfly.

Two complementary sides

Most of the offer sits indoors in a bright, weather-protected setting. A separate toddler area creates a smaller-scale world within the hall, distinct from the taller and more energetic play structures nearby.

Outside, play becomes more physical and open-ended. A climbing tower, volcano, pirate ship, large family swing and inflatables carry the park’s playful language into the fresh air, where imagination matters as much as movement.

A new life for a Maaseik landmark

Beverland occupies a converted building within Maaseik’s sports complex. Indoor play, outdoor equipment and small mechanical rides come together in a regional park with a warm, uncomplicated personality rooted in childhood.
