    Hubseilturm opens

    Hubseilturm opens in 1997 in the new upper area. Riders pull the ropes themselves to raise their gondola before descending gently.

  2. 2025Definitive closure

    Hubseilturm closes permanently

    Hubseilturm is taken out of service in 2025 after a major failure. The compact site becomes home in 2026 to Fürstenwalzer, a rider-controlled Sunkid Sundancer.
