About this park

Mexico City’s major theme park destination

Six Flags México is a large theme park in the Tlalpan area of Mexico City, at the edge of the Ajusco foothills. The park began as Reino Aventura in 1982 and later became Six Flags México, bringing the Six Flags brand to one of the most important leisure markets in Latin America.

The visit is built around a dense mix of roller coasters, DC attractions, Looney Tunes family areas, themed villages, live entertainment, food stops and shops. The park is especially known for Superman El Último Escape, one of the largest and fastest coasters in the region, and Medusa Steel Coaster, a hybrid steel-and-wood experience.

How to plan a visit

Six Flags México can suit very different groups: thrill seekers can focus on the coasters and major rides, families can spend more time around Bugs Bunny Boomtown and DC Super Friends, and mixed groups can alternate shows, meals and gentler attractions with stronger rides.

The official site highlights more than 35 rides, shows and themed experiences, with operating days, prices and conditions that may change. Checking the current calendar and the park app remains the safest way to prepare the day.
