Description

Bellewaerde’s former family coaster

Keverbaan is part of Bellewaerde’s history, but it is no longer an operating attraction. This junior Tivoli-style roller coaster, built by Zierer, was remembered by many families for its ladybird-themed train, gentle pace and accessible first-coaster feeling.

Opened in 1981, it carried several generations of visitors before its final rides on 6 November 2022. It was later removed as Bellewaerde transformed the former Far West area and developed Mundo Amazonia.

For enthusiasts, Keverbaan remains a nostalgic marker of the park’s family-focused past. Visitors planning a current day at Bellewaerde should not expect to ride it, but it still helps tell the story of how the park’s attraction offer has evolved over time.
