Achtbaan closes at Bobbejaanland
After six seasons, the Wildcat stops carrying riders in Lichtaart. The structure then leaves the park as its coaster line-up is renewed.

Achtbaan is transferred to Vekoma
Vekoma takes over the Wildcat as Bobbejaanland prepares for Wervelwind. The coaster then begins a long career across several parks.

Achtbaan becomes Wild Cat in Felixstowe
Reinstalled at Manning’s Amusement Park, the coaster is renamed Wild Cat and operates on the English seafront until 1986.

Wild Cat leaves Manning’s Amusement Park
After three seasons in Felixstowe, Wild Cat is sold to Lightwater Valley, where another transformation awaits in Yorkshire.

Lightwater Valley installs the coaster inside an enclosed building and opens it as Rat Ride, with a sewer setting and rat-shaped cars.

After a major refurbishment, the former Rat Ride adopts a dinosaur-infested mine theme and reopens as Raptor Attack.

At Cotaland, the Wildcat returns under a fourth name and continues in Texas a career that began in Belgium in 1976.
